1. Prices and Specifications are subject to change without notice

2. Prices for LOADED AMMO do not include federally mandate 11% FET (Federal Excise Tax). This applies ONLY to LOADED AMMO and NOT Empty Brass

3. While we try to maintain our website with the most up-to-date information, at times this is not practical. As such, All orders will be billed at prices in effect when order is placed.

4. Discounts are available on 10 and 20 box orders (please ask)

5. Dealer discounts are available with a current signed copy of your FFL and/or State tax ID

6. Member discount of 5% is available for members of NRA, NAHC, JPFO, GOA. To get discount you MUST ask when order is placed and submit membership information .

7. We accept Visa / Master Card / American Express / Checks (held 14 days) / Money Orders (No COD)

8. We have no minimum order on "standard" items

9. Non-standard items may have a minimum, please ask for a quote

10. Shipping charges and insurance are added to order total

11. ALL Shipments of LOADED AMMUNITION are made by UPS. We MUST have a physical (street) address. It is ILLEGAL to ship Loaded Ammunition by US Postal Service.

12. Orders for EMPTY BRASS or ACCESSORIES may be shipped by US Postal Service, however there will be an additional Handleing Charge applied.

13. Air shipments require an additional Hazardous and Handling charge of $35.00 per order

14. Since ALL ammo is "custom-loaded" please allow 4-6 weeks for us to ship your order. While we try to stock as many different components (brass, bullets, etc) we are unable to have every possible combination on hand at any given time, so it may become necessary for us to "special order" the components for your order.

15. During hunting season it is not uncommon for this lead-time to be extended to 10 weeks or more due to high demand. While we try to deliver product as fast as possible, it is not right to push an order ahead of those already in the schedule. While it is not our intention to alienate any individual customer, we must be fair to ALL of our customers.

16. If a "rush" is desired, there will be additional express shipping charges (UPS RED) for us to get the components here to meet an early delivery date, these will be added to the order total.

17. In addition, any rush-job will be assessed an appropriate expedite fee.

18. All orders for a SHELF ITEM* that are cancelled are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge

19. All orders for a STANDARD CALIBER** that are cancelled are subject to a 50% re-stocking charge

20. All orders for a CUSTOM CALIBER*** that are cancelled are subject to a 75% restocking fee

21. All prices are in US dollars, and checks MUST be drawn on a US bank

22. ALL returns MUST have a "return authorization", please call for an RA

23. No returns accepted after 30 days from shipment date without PRIOR approval

24. NO REFUNDS given after 90 days from shipment date (credit or replacement with like product only)

25. Export orders are handled through one of our Distributors.
